In many states, the Department of Motor Vehicles is under fire, because customers are not satisfied with the level of service. In some states, the DMV is the subject of many jokes at any time someone has to wait in line. Sometimes, when the queue at the supermarket people will say, which of course is much better than the Department of Motor Vehicles, although there are 10 people in each row and only three pieces.
There’s really no excuse for poor customer service from the Department of Motor Vehicles in any condition.
