You may or may not have heard the joke about the motor vehicle agencies. People say in jest that, like any other part of public employees working in these offices take forever to accomplish something. Those of us who do not need a driver’s license issued or renewed, or anyone who had to register the vehicle has been subjected to very long lines. The results of the long lines waiting periods that sometimes last more than our allotted lunch hour. We could spend up to half a day trying to do what we need in an agency office of motor vehicles. It is as if time has stopped completely the second you set foot in one of these offices.
While many people complain about how long it takes to do anything there, not many people stop to consider why it might take longer than you think necessary to stop the operation. Some people blame the incompetent workers, while others just do not think too many people visit the agency motor vehicle offices at the same time, so a lot of people seem to want to go to the grocery store on the same day of the week (although the lines case are probably only vaguely compare the lines of automotive offices).
